Eligibility

Participants must be adults who can reasonably engage in the retreat activities. Some programs are specifically designed for older adults and may require a preliminary health screening to assess suitability. VitalNowSenior reserves the right to decline or modify participation when safety or suitability concerns arise.

While many programs focus on older adults, participants must be 18 or older to book independently. Certain retreats may recommend a minimum age or medical clearance for safe participation.

Participants must use VitalNowSenior services lawfully and not for any fraudulent or harmful purpose. You must provide accurate personal information and disclose any medical conditions relevant to program safety.

Services are provided from our Swiss site and intended primarily for residents able to travel to Twann-Tüscherz. Visa, travel and cross-border healthcare rules are the responsibility of the participant.

Accounts and Booking

Account information and booking profiles help us personalise your retreat experience. Keep account information current and accurate so we can contact you about bookings and health-related arrangements.

You agree to provide truthful, complete and current information when creating a booking or intake form. Failure to do so may affect the safety or suitability of participation, and VitalNowSenior may cancel or modify arrangements.

Protect your account credentials. Do not share login details. Notify VitalNowSenior immediately if you suspect unauthorised access so we can take steps to secure your account.

Accounts and bookings are personal and non-transferable except where expressly permitted by VitalNowSenior in writing.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact VitalNowSenior support promptly so we can contribute and recommend protective actions.

VitalNowSenior may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, pose a safety risk, or involve fraudulent activity, pending review and possible reinstatement.

Services

VitalNowSenior offers structured day and multi-day retreats focused on mobility, nutrition education, gentle exercise, relaxation and social connection tailored for older adults. Programs are delivered by multidisciplinary staff and scheduled at our facility in Twann-Tüscherz.

We reserve the right to modify retreat schedules, instructors or program content for operational reasons. Participants will be notified of material changes with reasonable notice and offered alternatives when appropriate.

Programs operate subject to seasonal schedules and minimum participant numbers. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis once payment and necessary intake information are complete.

Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe and constructive environment for all participants, the following behaviour standards apply during VitalNowSenior programs.

• Treat staff and fellow participants with respect and courtesy.
• Follow instructor guidance and any safety instructions provided during activities.
• Do not bring prohibited items or engage in activities that endanger others.
• Inform staff of relevant medical conditions, mobility limitations or allergies prior to activities.
• Respect private and communal spaces on site and adhere to any smoking or alcohol policies.
• Refrain from recording other participants without explicit consent.
• Comply with any directions related to emergency procedures and evacuation.

Participant Submissions

Participants may share photos, testimonials or feedback about their retreat experience. By submitting content, you represent that you have the right to share it and that it does not violate others’ rights.

You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant VitalNowSenior a non-exclusive licence to use it for marketing, education and quality improvement purposes across digital and print channels.

The licence you grant allows VitalNowSenior to reproduce, adapt and display your content with attribution where appropriate. You may request removal in accordance with the privacy policy.

You are responsible for the content you provide. Do not submit personal health details about other individuals without their consent.

To request removal of participant content from VitalNowSenior platforms, contact us with sufficient details to identify the material. We will review and respond in line with our policies and legal obligations.

Intellectual Property

All website content, program materials and branding elements remain the intellectual property of VitalNowSenior or its licensors. Unauthorised use, reproduction or distribution without permission is prohibited.

• Do not reproduce VitalNowSenior logos or marketing materials without written permission.
• Do not use program materials for commercial purposes without a licence.
• Respect copyright and activity notices present on our site and communications.

Paid Services and Pricing

Retreat packages, workshops and private sessions are paid services. Fees cover instruction, facilities, planned meals and standard program materials unless otherwise stated.

Prices are published on VitalNowSenior.pro and may vary by season or package. All prices are displayed in local currency and include applicable local taxes unless noted otherwise.

Payment options, deposit requirements and accepted payment methods are described at booking. Full payment or a deposit is required to secure certain retreats.

If subscription or recurring services are offered, terms for renewal, cancellation and billing will be clearly presented prior to enrolment.

Refunds for cancellations follow the policy stated at booking. Refunds may be partial to account for administrative and non-recoverable costs. Contact us promptly if you need to change travel dates or cancel.

Cancellation by the participant should be communicated as early as possible. VitalNowSenior may cancel a retreat due to insufficient bookings, staff illness or force majeure; in such cases we will offer alternatives or refunds.

Applicable local taxes are included where required. Participants are responsible for any additional taxes or fees that apply in their home jurisdiction.

Prices may be updated; changes will not affect already-confirmed bookings except where additional services are requested by the participant.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking. Outstanding balances must be settled before attendance.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

VitalNowSenior provides wellbeing and lifestyle programs but does not provide medical treatment. Program content is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Participants should consult their healthcare provider before attending if they have significant health concerns.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VitalNowSenior is not liable for indirect, special or consequential losses arising from participation. Liability for direct losses is limited to amounts paid for the relevant service unless otherwise required by law.

Third-Party Providers

We may engage third-party providers for transport, catering or specialist instruction. Those providers may have their own terms and insurance; VitalNowSenior vets partners but is not responsible for third-party failures beyond our control.

Termination and Withdrawal

VitalNowSenior may terminate or suspend participation if a participant breaches these Terms, behaves in a way that endangers others, or poses a significant health or safety risk.

Consequences of termination may include removal from the program without refund and restriction from future booking until a review is completed.

Privacy and Data Use

Our privacy policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data. By participating, you consent to processing necessary for service provision and safety management as described in that policy.

Communications

We may send booking confirmations, administrative messages and service updates by email, SMS or phone. Marketing messages are only sent with your consent and include an opt-out option.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated on VitalNowSenior.pro. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any legal disputes will be handled in Swiss courts unless otherwise agreed.

Dispute Resolution

We encourage participants to contact us first to resolve disputes informally. If unresolved, disputes may proceed through mediation or the courts as set out under Swiss law.
